Asia LEDS Partnership Forum 2024: Report Now Available!

The Asia LEDS Partnership (ALP) published its report, following the successful Asia LEDS Partnership Forum 2024, held from 20 to 22 August 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. Bringing together more than 160 participants from 32 nations, this year’s forum, themed “Towards Decarbonization in the Asia Pacific through 2025 NDCs,” set the stage for important discussions on low-emission, climate-resilient pathways.

The report underscores key outcomes, including the necessity of improving interministerial cooperation, emphasize local contexts, and align Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) with Long-term Low Emission Development Strategies (LT-LEDS). It also highlights the critical role of technology transfer and regional cooperation in achieving ambitious climate targets.
